Highlight of the trip? Definitely getting to meet THE @rebeccaminkoff at a private event during NYFW!! (Also can we talk about this glitter wall? Loooove.) Rebecca saw my camera and approached me to ask about the lens I was using. I had my 85mm f/1.2 with me, which is my everything. This lens is my signature style, and I love how you can open up so much with it and it gives you that super blurred background, so you can really make things pop. (P.S. Stay tuned for a blog post about my love for this lens coming soon!!) She looked through all my photos of AshLee from the weekend I had a TOTAL fangirl moment while she was looking at my work (like, can you hire me for your campaigns Rebecca??) I ended buying the Rebecca Minkoff clutch in these photos, along with a strap from one of the Rebecca Minkoff crossbody bags that I’m now using as my camera strap!! #stylehack #photographershavestyletoo
