I first started traveling to NYC right after I graduated. That was just 5 years after I found out I had to be gluten free, and there was only one place in NY that I knew of to be gluten free friendly. Now, 13 years later, I’m happy to know that my travels have become much easier. Even the trendy places on AshLee’s “To-do” list come with amazing gf options. Aside from Ash’s stunning face, I couldn’t help but photograph the most amazing Turkey sandwich of my life.
